1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HiJob.ai website, application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Description of Services

HiJob.ai provides an AI-powered job preparation platform designed to help job seekers get hired-ready. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• ✓Mock assessments and practice tests
• ✓Interview preparation and feedback
• ✓Assessment Aid and guided study tools
• ✓Progress tracking and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use HiJob.ai, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• •Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• •Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• •Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• •Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• •Limit account access to one person per user seat (sharing login credentials is prohibited).

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of HiJob.ai, you are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, resumes, information, graphics, and other content that you submit, post, and display on or via the Service.

You agree to use HiJob.ai for genuine job preparation purposes and not to misuse the platform, misrepresent your identity, or submit content you do not have the right to share.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• ✗Using automated means (like scraping or bots) to access or collect data from HiJob.ai outside of our provided features.
• ✗Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• ✗Submitting content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• ✗Attempting to circumvent any rate limits, security features, or usage restrictions.
• ✗Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing access to HiJob.ai without explicit written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

HiJob.ai's IP: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HiJob.ai and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your IP: You retain all your ownership rights in your content. By submitting content to HiJob.ai, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

7. Payment & Billing

HiJob.ai offers both a Free tier and paid subscription plans. All prices are listed and billed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

• •Billing Cycle: Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled.
• •Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• •Credits: Plan credits are consumed when you use certain features and do not carry over between billing periods unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

In no event shall HiJob.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• •Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
• •Any reliance on AI-generated guidance, scores, or recommendations.
• •Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• •Service downtime or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HiJob.ai and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or (b) a breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account from the dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and your data will be scheduled for deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
