As a provider of digital services and AI-generated content, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our platform. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

2. Subscription Refunds

We offer a conditional money-back guarantee for our subscription plans:

  • β€’First-Time Subscribers: If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have used less than 10% of your monthly credit allocation.
  • β€’Renewals: We do not offer refunds for automatic subscription renewals. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
  • β€’Prorated Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. You will retain access to your Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

3. Credit Purchases

One-time purchases of additional AI credits (add-ons) are strictly non-refundable once they have been added to your account, as they represent immediate access to computational resources.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We may grant refunds outside of the standard policy under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • βœ“Extended platform downtime preventing you from using the service.
  • βœ“Significant technical bugs that directly impacted your ability to prepare for an interview.
  • βœ“Fraudulent charges or billing errors on our end.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team from the email address associated with your HiJob.ai account. Include the following information:

  • β€’The date of the transaction.
  • β€’A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
